No. tamasaph strictly allows only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset function or contact our support team at [email protected].

Go to the tamasaph Login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter the email address associated with your account and we'll send you a password reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you don't receive the email, check your spam or junk folder. If you're still having trouble, contact our support team and we'll verify your identity and assist you manually.

You can update most account details — such as your contact number, address, and communication preferences — directly from your tamasaph account dashboard under "Account Settings." Changes to your registered name or date of birth require identity verification and must be requested through our support team, as these are tied to your KYC records.

tamasaph supports the following deposit methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Please note that credit card deposits for gambling are not permitted under current Philippine regulations, and tamasaph does not accept cryptocurrency deposits of any kind.

The minimum deposit on tamasaph is ₱100 for GCash and Maya transactions. For bank transfers, the minimum is ₱500 due to processing fees charged by Philippine banks. GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your tamasaph account instantly in most cases. Debit card deposits typically take 5–15 minutes. To withdraw from tamasaph, log in to your account and go to the "Withdraw" section in your dashboard. Select your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer), enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm the request. Your account must be fully KYC-verified before withdrawals can be processed. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible.

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours after approval. Bank transfer withdrawals take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. All withdrawal requests are reviewed by our finance team before processing — this usually takes up to 24 hours.
