An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. tamasaph may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by tamasaph are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and validity periods. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms. tamasaph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect bonus being credited, tamasaph reserves the right to correct the error and adjust account balances accordingly.

tamasaph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
You may close your tamasaph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
